Cabs for Your Staff, Events and Team Outings

Daily pickup and drop, event transport and offsites, from one vendor with one monthly invoice.

We supply chauffeur-driven, commercially registered cabs to companies. You tell us the headcount, the shifts or the event dates. We plan the vehicles, put verified drivers on them, track every trip and send one GST invoice at the end of the month.

Why companies hire cabs instead of running their own

Owning a fleet means buying cars, insuring them, servicing them, employing drivers, covering leave and handling every breakdown. For most companies that is a business they never meant to be in. Hiring commercially registered cabs with drivers turns all of it into one contract and one invoice.

It also moves the compliance work to the vendor. Commercial permits, fitness certificates, GPS devices with emergency buttons and driver verification are the supplier's job, and you only have to check that they are in place. That matters most for night shifts, where states like Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh attach transport conditions to women working late.

Big employers have run employee transport this way for years. Mid-sized companies, startups and event teams now do the same, often starting with one route or one event and growing from there.

Two ways to pay: fixed monthly or per trip

Pick the one that matches how your team actually travels. Either way you get one GST invoice a month, with each trip listed, so finance can match the bill to the GPS logs.

Option 1

Fixed monthly package

Same amount every month

  • A fixed fee per vehicle for a set number of days, hours and kilometres each month.
  • Extra hours and extra kilometres are billed at rates written into the agreement.
  • The same driver usually runs the same route, so employees know who is coming.
  • Best for steady routes and shifts that don't change much from week to week.

Option 2

Per trip or per km

Pay only for what runs

  • Each pickup, drop or event transfer is billed on its own, by trip or by kilometre.
  • Fewer trips in a month means a smaller bill, which suits hybrid offices.
  • Ask for minimum charges and waiting rules in writing, so nothing is a surprise.
  • Best for events, outings and teams whose office days change every week.

Not sure which fits? Send us your shift pattern and we will price both.

Red flags when you hire any cab vendor

When something goes wrong on a company cab, the questions land on HR and admin, not only on the vendor. Walk away from any supplier, including us, if you see these.

  • White plate cars

A private car on hire breaks the Motor Vehicles Act, and its insurance can refuse a claim after an accident.

  • No GPS or trip logs

Without GPS you can't check a route, a delay or a bill, and night-shift rules in several states ask for it.

  • Billing you can't check

One lump sum a month, no trip-wise detail, no GST invoice. Finance will push back, and they will be right.

  • No backup plan

Ask what happens when a cab breaks down at 6 a.m. If the answer is vague, so is the service.

  • Unverified drivers

Every driver should have a commercial licence and police verification on file before the first trip.

  • The full vendor checklist

Permits, drivers, GPS, billing, backup cars and contract terms, in one list.

Why companies choose Corporate Car Rent

  • Legal cabs only. Yellow plate (green for EVs), valid permit, commercial insurance, fitness and PUC on every car.
  • Drivers you can name. Commercial licence and police verification for every driver, with details shared before the first trip.
  • Every trip on record. AIS-140 GPS with an emergency button, and trip-wise detail on the invoice.
  • A plan for bad days. A backup car when a cab breaks down, written into the agreement.
  • One vendor across Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad), Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai.
  • Plain answers on cost. We quote what your requirement will cost, with the extras spelt out, not a "starting from" number.

Frequently asked questions

What does a corporate cab service do?

It supplies cars and drivers to a company on contract, so the company doesn't have to buy, insure or maintain vehicles or employ drivers. The most common uses are daily employee pickup and drop, cars for events and client visits, and vehicles for team outings and offsites. You get one monthly invoice instead of dozens of separate cab bills.

Do you work with individuals?

No. We only supply cabs to companies, institutions and event organisers billing as a business. Every booking runs on a written agreement or a confirmed quote, with a GST invoice.

Should we pay a fixed monthly amount or per trip?

Fixed monthly suits steady routes: the same employees, the same shifts, every working day. Per trip suits teams where attendance moves with hybrid work, or where you only need cars on some days. Many companies run a mix: fixed for core routes and per trip for the rest. Tell us your pattern and we will suggest one.

Which vehicles can you supply?

Sedans like the Maruti Dzire and Hyundai Aura for up to four people, MUVs like the Ertiga, Rumion and Innova Crysta for up to six, Tempo Travellers for groups of about 12 to 26, and EVs on request. All are commercially registered with yellow plates (green for EVs) and come with a driver.

Which cities do you cover?

We supply cabs in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad), Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai.
