We move your people. You run your company.
Corporate Car Rent supplies chauffeur-driven, commercially registered cabs to companies. We run daily staff pickup and drop, transport for corporate events and vehicles for team outings and offsites. We work only with businesses, on written terms, with one GST invoice a month.
What we do
Most companies don't want to own cars or employ drivers, but they still need people to reach work, guests to reach events and teams to reach offsites. Doing that with app cabs and one-off bookings works until it doesn't: no fixed driver, no trip records for audits, no one to call at 5 a.m., and a pile of receipts for finance to reconcile.
We take that job over. For each company we:
- Understand the requirement: headcount, pickup areas, shifts, events or trips, and the policies that apply.
- Plan routes and the vehicle mix, from sedans and MUVs to Tempo Travellers.
- Supply commercially registered vehicles with permits, commercial insurance, fitness, PUC and AIS-140 GPS.
- Put drivers with commercial licences and police verification on every vehicle, and share their details in advance.
- Handle the bad days: breakdowns, absent drivers, delays, with a backup car written into the agreement.
- Send one GST invoice a month with trip-wise details that match the GPS logs.
Where we work
We supply cabs in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad), Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai.

How we work with companies
- Legal vehicles only. Yellow plate (green for EVs), valid permit and commercial insurance. A private car on hire puts your company at risk, so we never send one.
- Everything in writing. Rates, km and hours included, extras, backup car, penalties and payment terms are agreed before the first trip.
- Quotes you can compare. We list every extra (tolls, parking, allowances, night charges) instead of hiding them behind a low headline rate.
- Records you can check. GPS logs and trip-wise invoices, so HR, finance and auditors can see what ran.
How we research and write our guides

Official sources first. Rules on permits, GPS devices, insurance and night-shift transport are checked against the Motor Vehicles Act, central and state notifications, and published law-firm updates. Every page lists its sources at the bottom.
