Rules across Delhi, Haryana and UP

Haryana (Gurgaon, Faridabad): a May 2025 notification lets IT, ITES, banking and some other establishments employ women from 8 pm to 6 am, with home pickup and drop, security guards including a female guard, trained drivers, CCTV and GPS. Employers may use outside transporters.
Delhi: 2025 notifications and the Delhi Shops and Establishments (Amendment) Act, 2026 allow women to work at night with their consent, provided the employer arranges CCTV, security and transport.
Uttar Pradesh (Noida, Ghaziabad): night work for women is allowed with safety and transport conditions. These have been revised more than once, so confirm the current position with your compliance team.
Cabs that cross NCR state lines need permits that cover each state. The 2022 NCR reciprocal transport agreement allows permits to be countersigned on VAHAN, with age limits of 10 years for diesel and 15 years for petrol or CNG.
If you plan to ask for EVs, note that Delhi's Motor Vehicle Aggregator and Delivery Service Provider Scheme, 2023 moves covered fleets to electric four-wheelers in phases, reaching 100% by April 2030.

Planning staff transport in Delhi NCR

Collect each employee's pickup address with the state it falls in. A roster that mixes Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida addresses needs cabs with permits for all three, and it is worth agreeing how tolls and state entry charges show up on the invoice.
Winter fog in December and January slows early morning runs and delays flights. Leave extra time on dawn pickups and airport transfers in those weeks.
When air quality turns severe, GRAP curbs can keep some older vehicles off Delhi roads. Check that the cars assigned to you are not affected before a big event in November.
IGI Airport has more than one terminal. Send the terminal and flight number with every airport booking so the driver waits at the right gate.

What do we need for women employees on night shifts in NCR?

It depends on the state your office is in. Haryana asks for home pickup and drop, guards including a female guard, trained drivers, CCTV and GPS. Delhi asks for consent, CCTV, security and transport. UP has its own conditions. Our cars carry AIS-140 GPS with an emergency button and our drivers are police-verified, and we plan night routes around your state's rules.

Can you handle guest pickups at IGI Airport for an event?

Yes. Send us the guest list with flight numbers and terminals, and we assign sedans or MUVs by arrival time. For larger groups we can run a Tempo Traveller shuttle from the airport to an Aerocity hotel or your venue. All trips appear on the monthly GST invoice with trip-wise details.
