Telangana rules for staff transport in Hyderabad

Women can work between 8:30 pm and 6 am only if the employer gives free transport both ways, with security and GPS.
If a woman has to be the first pickup or the last drop, a security guard must travel in the vehicle. Plan routes to avoid this where possible.
Drivers need bio-data and background screening before they start, and vehicles can be checked at random.
The employer must run a control room or travel desk, keep employees' personal details confidential, and have at least five women working together on a night shift.

The airport at Shamshabad is reached from Gachibowli and the Financial District via the Outer Ring Road, which makes that run fairly direct. From the east or north of the city, allow much more time.

Do you meet Telangana's night shift transport conditions?
